Focus on scenario questions. Talk through your response to a patient fall, an aggressive patient, and a patient with sudden shortness of breath.

Mock interviews and structured practice sessions
Days 15-17: SAFE/SBAR Practice
Each day, take 3-4 real recall questions. Verbally answer each one using a clear structure (Safety, Assessment, First Actions, Explain Rationale).
Day 18: Ethics & Communication
Day 19: Mock Interview #1
Day 20: Refine & Review
Based on your mock interview, identify your weak spots and review those topics. Do a light review of flashcards over the weekend.
Week 4: Final Preparation
Final polish and interview readiness
Day 21: Mock Interview #2
Ask a friend or colleague to quiz you. The pressure of a live audience is invaluable practice.
Day 22: Final Content Polish
Go back one last time to any topic you feel hesitant about. Focus on high-stakes procedures (CDs, Blood Transfusions).
Day 23: Prepare Your "Bookends"
Prepare a concise answer to "Tell me about yourself" and 2-3 thoughtful questions to ask the interviewers.
Day 24: Full Dress Rehearsal
Set up your interview space exactly as it will be. Wear your interview clothes. Do a final, short mock interview.
Days 25-27: Final Review & REST
Do a light review of notes on Day 25. Then REST. Your preparation is complete. Get good sleep, eat well, and relax. A rested mind performs best.
